Very professional and have lots of experience. Know Medical facilites very well and special requirements needed there. Coordinates with the differnet team memebers adn the owners to keep projects going well. They are one of the few GO TO contractor we use.

LONG has used Excel on two different occasions for tenant improvements. The first being smaller, arranging a space for a better workflow and occupancy. The results were fantastic. The second was quite a large project. Mike and team managed a large number of subcontractors and delivered a masive amount of work in just a few months, just in time for us to move in. The communication, quality of work, and meeting our intent was all outstanding. They managed expectations, accomodated our demands, and controlled costs. Excel is tranparent in their operation and deliver what and when they promise.
